The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk staff. Duties include greeting and directing guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and providing assistance to guests. The Front Desk Supervisor will also ensure that all customer service standards are met and that all guests have a positive experience.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations of the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests

As a School Guidance Counselor, you will provide a comprehensive school guidance program to students with special needs. You will provide counseling support to all students regarding their graduation requirements and transition plans. You will oversee all aspects of State Mandated testing system, and the development and maintenance of all student scheduling to ensure that they are receiving the services mandated in the individual education plan. As a Program Assistant, you will be responsible for the administrative tasks of the program including: greeting clients and family members at the program site, assisting callers in accessing Youth ACT resources, managing referral lists and other program data. You will coordinate with team members to ensure that the program functions smoothly and meets the needs of clients and families. Youth ACT is a program that provides services for children with mental illness or serious emotional disturbance and their families through less traditional service delivery methods with an approach that is family-driven, youth guided, and developmentally appropriate. You will report to the Director of Youth ACT and you will work onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and direct calls to the appropriate staff and department from community partners and other agency staff while engaging with callers with a kind, caring, and positive attitude.
- Manage the referral, intake, treatment, and discharge process for the Youth ACT program on a daily basis.
- Schedule all necessary appointments by working collaboratively with the treatment team.
- Assist the Team Lead with auditing documentation for accuracy and completion
- Demonstrate proficiency in the electronic record keeping system through written progress notes, locating documentation, running reports, and completing billing needs
- Alert clinicians and prescribers when documentation is required.

As a Teacher in Training, you will be responsible for development of classroom instructional plans for students and support student's success in academic and behavioral goals. You will report to the Principal and work on-site.
Responsibilities:

- Manage and model the implementation of classroom PBIS universal components and Tier 2 and 3 strategies for selected students.
- Schedule and oversee teacher assistants as they assist students in multiple non-instructional environments.
- Provide leadership to assigned teacher assistants in the various clerical and non-instructional duties for your classroom.
- Work collaboratively with other teachers, clinicians, administrators, medical staff and other school staff to provide integrated support, assistance, and treatment to students.
